Pompano Pediatric Primary Care Center

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is extremely TERRIBLE. From contacting the office to dealing with the staff, the experience has been frustrating from beginning to end. The only good thing about this office is the doctor. Other than that, I honestly feel like there is very little respect for the patients, their time, or their needs.

I came EARLY to my child’s appointment for a reason. I made sure to plan my day around this appointment, expecting that I would be in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I ended up being there for MORE THAN TWO HOURS just for my child to receive TWO vaccinations. That is completely unacceptable.

Horrible place the first floor is filled with mosquitoes and the elevator don’t work to go to the 2nd floor
The place is dirty and the bathroom doors are wide open in-front of our faces and the newborn babies needs better service here not going to lie
