I ventured into Polo Cutz's establishment after my previous barber's sudden departure, and the contrast was striking. Unlike other barbers I explored, some unresponsive or indifferent upon arrival, Polo the Barber distinguished himself by promptly addressing my queries via text. The seamless booking process through Booksy underscored his professionalism. Polo, a courteous and articulate professional, exuded a warm welcome upon my arrival and maintained a gracious demeanor throughout the cutting process. It was an exceptional experience, where the rarity of feeling truly at ease during a haircut was effortlessly achieved by Polo. A commendable establishment indeed. ??
100/10 recommend!!! I went to PoloCutz after recently relocating to south FL and not having a barber. I’m very picky about who I let cut my hair. Let me tell you, this barber did not disappoint at all. I went 2 months w/o a cut, but my guy performed a miracle on my head. Highly satisfied! Good vibes the entire time, as well. Will definitely continue to give him my business in the future.
