Great concept. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Upon calling to book my appointment I informed them that I was coming in with a paid service And they still demanded for my credit card to be on file, which seemed completely confusing since my service was paid already. Long story short it's just a mess for the rest of the experience. The masseur are nice and friendly but the front desk and management need to do better

I can't say enough about Navah as a professional, or the Paris Skin Institute products that I have been using for over 3 years. Three plus years ago, I walked by the PSI booth and Navah engaged me in conversation with her bubbly personality. Her sincerity with me and her concern for my very dry-looking and tired skin, was evident. Navah's knowledge of her skin products and what is appropriate for each type of skin is amazing. Over the three years, I've watched her transform new clients and bring such joy and peace to these individuals. I cannot say enough about the Paris Skin Institute products. They really are fantastic. I was initially reluctant to invest in a new line of skin products-- having tried so many in the past. The Paris Skin products were unfamiliar to me, but the owner, Navah, convinced me to give it a try. (I have suffered from severe eczema and sensitive skin my entire life and I was particularly dry and sore when I began the PSI regimen). These products have been life changing for me.
