After reporting the problem, waited awhile for a technician to visit the site. In the meantime the manager called but he was not aware that it would have taken extra days for the actual work to be done. David came and did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond. Courteous and knowledgeable. Spent extra time to make sure my back office was not overlooked. Giving 5 stars for the manager follow-up and David’s excellent service. Thank you David.
