Nothing but positive things to say about Mr Air.. Curtis the tech came out to the condo and explained everything that was going on with the 16 year old A/C unit. I decided to go ahead and replace the unit and the two techs, Lorenzo and Renal came out on a really hot day and replaced the whole unit in a matter of hours. A crane was used to get the air condenser on the roof and Lorenzo was extremely easy going and knew his job very well. He also explained the process of the install and answered all my questions.
Very happy with Mr.Air so far. Install was done yesterday.Chris Vittorio was excellent with explaining about what was necessary for our needs. He helped make all arrangements and has been available for every call.Lorenzo, Carlos, spent all day working very hard to install both new AC units. Left house clean and everyone made sure that thermostats and AC was working before leaving. Would definitely recommend the company.
My GrandMa's Ac went down, I called for her, Chris came to our house and he was very warming, polite and professional.I know nothing about AC but he explained exactly what was goin on to the point where i understood. We set up to have the AC replaced the price was extreme fair and I felt very comfortable and happy with their service.Thank you, Chris with the service, patience and helpin my grandma out.
