Massey responded very quickly to my phone call and they sent Toshaa to do a full inspection of our house. I was very impressed with how professional and patient she was in explaining everything she saw that needed to be done to solve our problems. She immediately set up separate appointments for us with technicians Al and Ryan. They were also both knowledgeable and proficient in doing what had to be done. I am very pleased with the results and will continue using Massey for pest control.

We recently switched to Massey services from another pest control company and they have done a phenomenal job getting rid of a persisting problem we were having with spider webs around the outside of our house. Our technician Chris has been fantastic. The service is an exterior service but he always offers to treat the inside as well when he calls us to let us know that he is on the way. Any time we have any problem in between services they come out take care of it at no additional charge and that has been helpful a couple of times. 5 out of 5.
