    SO FAR SO GOOD (will update once stuff is delivered). A+ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR MILITARY MOVES My husband and I had to move from California to Ohio due to military orders. We originally planned for a local company to move our stuff but 10 min before they were supposed to move our stuff, they completely cancelled on us and told us they'd only be able to come AFTER we were due to move out of our home. I quickly went online and submitted my info on Friday at 7pm trying to find a last minute mover that could come before Sunday. David gave me a call within 5 min of submitting my information and within 15 min, we we're ready to go. They were very consistent with their communication throughout the whole journey. They told me they'd be here between 8-10am and arrived at 8:45. The movers individually wrapped all of our furniture and were quick to load all of our stuff sitting in the garage. I really appreciated their transparency throughout the whole thing. I gave them an accurate inventory count and was given a price to move our stuff. While they were loading our stuff, we got a call to process our first half payment which DID NOT CHANGE FROM THE QUOTE! I kept reading about horror stories of other people being charged 2x-5x more with other companies in regards to their moves. And lastly they're very military friendly. The movers knew exactly where the base access points, the protocol to get in, the difference between HHG and pro-gear, and even got us the weight tickets we need. They just left so I will update once our items are delivered.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have all heard horror stories about moving companies right? Well, obviously as you can see by my rating, none of those things happened with this company, in fact it was the opposite, almost a fairy tale come true. Our story begins with discovering that Armstrong had only one complaint against it on the record. One! A moving company and only one complaint? Sounds like a fairy tale right? Our first interaction with Armstrong began when we were visited by Mary Ann for her to see what was getting moved in order to determine the estimate for how much this move was going to cost. Her expertise was soon very obvious and her visit was over in approximately half an hour. The best part, though, was the estimate paperwork she prepared. It was light years ahead of its competition in presentation, professionalism and thoroughness. Even though the cost was slightly higher than the other estimates, we went with our gut feeling that the value would be best with Armstrong. We were than contacted by Bonnie who became our Move Coordinator. As a result of her most excellent efforts, we now have the opinion that this position is key to making a move successful. We experienced several challenges on the real estate side and Bonnie rolled with every one of them. She either had the answer to the issue up front or professionally stated she did not know, but would find out and call us back - which she did - every time. Bonnie also followed up with us after the loading and after the unloading to see if there were any issues that required her attention. Wow! Calling and, in effect, asking "Did we do a good job?" If you choose to move with Armstrong Bonnie is the Move Coordinator we recommend. Which bring us to what Bonnie was calling to follow up about - the actual move, both loading and unloading. We were called the evening before each move to confirm both the loading and the unloading crew arrival times which was very much appreciated. Our loading crew was amazing! We stood there in awe watching them speedily, yet carefully, empty our home. Eddie, Ike & PJ redefined the home moving business for us, they were awesome! They should name their crew "Eddie and the Jets". But wait there's more! We have a dilemma, the unloading crew was every bit as excellent as the loading crew! Roy, Anthony and Corey carefully and quickly unloaded, unpacked and placed our belongings where we wanted them. Most importantly, they provided us with a form listing the numbers of the labels that the loading crew had placed on each and every one of our possessions. We already had the list from the loading that showed those numbers and this form allowed us to check off every possession as it was unloaded and brought into our new home. Each of the guys called out to us the numbers of the items they were unloading and even asked at times to make sure that we had heard them. Every item that had been loaded was delivered and nothing was broken! These 2 crews will have to compete in a Super Bowl for movers to determine who is the best, but they are both number one to us! So it's not a fairy tale that a move can be good, without damages or over charges. Just don't confuse price with cost and you will move happily ever after.

    I moved from Illinois 6 months ago and bought a project house in Pompano Beach So I left my baby grand piano wrapped till work was done on the house Called Armstrong and talked to Marcia and within an hour found a qualified person to assemble my piano Jamie and his crew came out the next day and within an hour or so had my piano re-assembled and did a great job Great job everyone!!!!
