Was dreading the day my AC would give me a problem due to horror stories about "ac repair companies." I'm happy to say I no longer have that fear. The team at License to Chill showed up within hours of my call, diagnosed my 12 year old ac unit and made a temporary fix to keep me cool until the new AC was installed the very next day! They did a killer job on the install, very professional and clean service. The drain pipe turned out to be slight problem but within one phone call, they sent someone back out immediately and re-piped the entire drain system. Travis, the technician from License to Chill is my “go to guy” whenever we have any issues. You want a company that will be responsive when you have any AC emergency especially in the summer time down here in Florida.
We had such the emergency today - my husband called before 6A and they were able to get a technician here within b a few hours. Moreover, to have a technician who is familiar with the AC unit helps. We had a service call previously and Travis remembered us and was great in making sure not only the issue was resolved but he also checked everything else just to make sure we were good to go. We have had nothing but great service from this company.
