Special shout out to TJ at the shop. Awesome customer service. I traveled from Orlando to see my son at FAU and the night before my nose piercing came out. Also I had a keloid for months that wouldn’t go away. To my surprise, TJ could replace the piercing but also remove the keloid. I just had the best experience getting my ears pierced by TJ. I was very nervous that it would be painful but TJ was very kind and the made process easy and painless. I will be bringing my daughter here soon. 5 stars ⭐️ Highly recommend.
