I am a Resident of the Berkley South Condominium. We have a few projects that had depended on Hartzell services so I can offer a first hand testimony of our experience with this firm. Most of our projects are stalled because Hartzell performed a very poor jobber the years they worked here. Our pool renovation project (five years and counting) is a perfect example of the terrible work this company did. Projects were stalled for months because whoever was responsible was either not interested in finishing the job in a timely manner or simply even to reply to emails requesting updates. Perfect example of a South Florida business:-no pride and no discipline-don't call-won't call back-won't follow up-won't show up-don't want to work-don't care-don't care if that's known
Beware of this company, unacceptable paint job inside the house, glue and cracks(that were never filled on walls) 1/2 baseboard were left unpainted,never painted the garage but lied about it, unqualified workers, no supervision, ready to take them to small claims court, unfortunately I paid by check, ready to take them to small claims court
