I have called three times over; last month and whoever Ron is has employed an incompetent lady who answer the phone and she claims she knows about company products but in fact she is soooooo stubborn and incompetent . The owner or manger of company is no where to find and this lady does not want even take our number to as k them to call us. I asked for up lights in floor and she is calming the company does not have such lights, which is incorrect since I was referred by my architect to use this company . SO I would not bother to waste time and use this company if from start the costumer service is lacking.

Excellent LED company to work with! We have used Futura's tape lighting for many high end projects without fail. Always great customer service as well, very friendly! Thanks Futura
