Mo the dispatcher, made some calls to his service man in route and dispatched them to come by immediately and identify and fix the problem.
Angelo came out within an hour, identified that the condo main drain is clogged and performed the necessary service. While I was already at the airport, he called and explained the issue, took pictures, and explained what needed to be done going forward.
