I’ve had other AC companies come out in the past to check my AC every six months. No one ever did such a thorough job as Wesley from filterbuy did today.. and it was raining, heat index of near 110 and he had to go on the roof of my four-story condo.
First, Mark came to repair my blown out AC unit. Repair was not possible. Mark was very kind & helpful, explaining the problem, a really great guy to work with, so I wanted to use this company for the new unit; plus their price quote was well below another company I called for an estimate.
The timing was good. I was finally selling a property, & had to wait for those funds to clear before I could afford a new AC unit. Moe, in the office, kept in touch with me, totally understanding my financial predicament. We set the Instal date, but then I had to delay it 1 week due to a federal holiday.
