They only have Spanish speaking employees the only two African American employees where so nice 👍 however I found it rude that the Spanish speaking ones were trying to get the other two fired I hope they don't I'll be a witness 🤦🏻‍♀️

I personally suggest you consider any other glass repair company in Broward (e.g., Diamond Frameless Showers and Mirrors; Broward and Palm Beach Frameless Shower Doors and Windows Glass Repair). In my opinion, the most important quality of any contractor is the ability to assess a problem and resolve it the correct way. I called Doetsch to fix an old shower door hinge. They came out and replaced the sweep, added a piece of broken wood to the old hinge that created a gap for leaks, told me the shower was now unsafe to use, charged me $200, and told told me I need a new hinge, which would cost me an additional $250.
