Glad a friend recommended DFit while I was in Ft Lauderdale for a few weeks. I really enjoyed the beautiful facility, high end equipment and small group classes. No more than 4 per class. Can’t recommend it enough! I lost 6 pounds of fat and gained muscle in the 4 weeks I was a client.

I’ve been a member for over 6 months now and I highly recommend DFit Training Studio. The training sessions are top-notch and tailored to your fitness goals. The trainers are knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, amazing gym!

I was referred to DFit by a friend. I had open heart surgery and had completed cardiac rehab and was looking for a Functional Trainer. Danny is the perfect trainer for me. He understood where I was and where I wanted to go with my fitness. He met me every session with kindness, empathy, motivation and inspiration. He tracks my progress and every session is unique. I have made great progress with my strength and endurance. His studio is immaculate and his team is friendly and always motivating. I have always worked out and Danny is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. Thank you Danny and the entire DFit team.
