I ordered new countertops and a new sink from The Home Depot home services and was connected with Delorie. The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). They quickly remedied the situation and sent Franklin for install. Franklin was so helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during install and before leaving. Delorie provided excellent advice and service. The installation went smoothly and everyone at Delorie was efficient and knowledgeable. The bottom line is my wife is happy so I am too!

My kitchen renovation has been a nightmare. The only bright spot was Delorie countertops. Not only did they do everything beautifully, they were able to install my stove (not their job) that Best Buy couldn’t do. They were fantastic!
