Every time I have been to their show room I’ve been treated and assisted with an amazing customer service, Jennifer in the front desk is been very knowledgeable and diligent in providing advice on their products and on design ideas.

Very helpful they got me what I wanted I called them a few weeks ago and they were still able to help me after I checked out various different suppliers would definitely recommend anyone to go if you need tile

Kris at Daltile showed today that customer service still exists! She helped me find the exact match of broken tile that needed to be repaired and shared expertise. Also, I received coffee and candy while I waited. :)
