Everyone was so amazing throughout the entire process of this roof repair. Scott and Joel were the roofers who came to do the work and they were so friendly, and willing to patiently explain everything to me. After the work was done, I called because a roof tile seemed elevated. They came back with the same respectful demeanor to adjust 1 tile and explained why it seemed a little different.
