We were experiencing recurring issues with the AC unit not draining correctly. Chris and I determined that the drain pipe was not designed for effective drainage. He and I agreed on a redesign and he made the adjustments on the spot. Comfort Zone has always been very responsive to our needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
