I love Club Pilates in Pompano! Already taken close to 125 classes because I love it so much. The reason I love it so much is because I feel so included and the environment is so positive and uplifting. The instructors encourage me to grow and be brave and to trust myself on the reformer. I have never felt better physically in my entire life and I am almost 60 (not yet!) the management and support staff always make me feel included and important. I love all of the options in different levels and times the classes are offered, it is helpful for us girls with a busy schedule. I love the flexibility. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Club Pilates in Pompano.
This is my second year getting private training at Club Pilates in Pompano. I have issues with my spine and the instructors have been great at work arounds so that I can have an optimal experience despite my limitations.
