Patients Beware - I was with Broward Family Medical Group for a long time. There is only 1 doctor in this practice, which I rarely got to see. I recently had a problem and wanted to see the Dr., however, he refused to schedule a visit, stating that he’ll see me upon a semi-annual visit in 3 mos. This was communicated to me by an employee Michael. I have never been so insulted or treated so rudely by anyone like Michael did. It is hard to believe that ANY company would speak to a customer the way Michael did to me. New Patients Beware!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
The office goes out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. The doctor spends whatever time you need to get a full understanding of your issues.
I would like to share how I am truly thankful for the staff at Broward family medical. I have been to alot of doctors, from spinal surgery, hand surgery etc.. and I am blessed to know them there. Megan is a wonderful person, who truly cares about you, and straitforward tells you the truth. Things you need to do, and how to live a better life. The whole staff from Megan, Glenn, nurses, and the reception staff are an A+ in my book.
