This summer, we completed (4) roof projects with Arcon ALL of them simultaneously. It was hands down the smoothest experience we've ever had with a contractor. From the permits, city inspections and vendor coordination Arcon gaves us a turn key experience. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work and their team. I can't say enough positive things about Sam and Doral both of them were on the project daily and handled everything with class. Arcon mobilized and communicated the exact dates and times we could expect deliveries, cranes and inspections. As a Property Manager these types of projects can be a challenge. I spoke to several roofing companies in Broward County before deciding. While most were very cordial and professional, ARCON Roofing had the best price, kept me informed at all times about the expected installation schedule (which depends on the roof tiles manufacturer) and delivered exactly what was promised. From the moment they called to inform the job was starting because the tiles were ready for delivery, their teams worked quickly and diligently to keep the schedule with no delays. All permits were filed flawlessly, and all inspections scheduled with the city right after each step.
