I hope I am mistaken. But the store located in the Publix Supermarket parking garage at Atlantic Blvd in Pompano Beach is closed and do not answer their phone. They have my clothes. Does anyone know if they went out of business???

This place has horrible customer service. The older lady in the front has no customer service skills. She is short coming and had no patience to deal with public. You ask her a question and she response quickly and with and attitude. At that pint I should had left. I left my suit and no rush order service. Finally called to confirm the pick up. The one is out of order always. Worst experience ever and not a quality cleaning.

First time to this business. Took a blanket and a silk shirt ($31+ pre-paid only!). Order promised for Thur Mar 10 after 5pm. Stopped by Fri Mar 11 about 10:15am). Order not ready. No apology, no compensation, no promise to call when it was ready. Only response was "Things happen!"AND - all calls to confirm ahead of time before I made the trip went to "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Try again later." or some such thing. Nevermore.
