At 16:52 on April 2nd, I walked into the store - poor customer service! The employee's cell phone conversation was much more important than the customer standing in front of her.

My king size bedspread camenback very clean with a fresh scent. The employees were very pleasant and courteous. The cost to clean the bedspread was high, but they did a very nice job.

Quality of service is ok. One lady is very friendly and the other lady is rude and very unprofessional. She is to busy talking on the phone and seems mad I asked her a question. She doesn't know how to show a customer she appreciates your business. UPDATED: Told me my clothes for a trip would be ready Friday so I stopped in on Saturday and not ready. I had to delay my trip until Monday and still all clothes not ready. I will never go back. There are other dry cleaners in Poinciana that appreciates my business.
