TL;DR - great place, super clean and not run like a cattle mill. Only slight negatives: getting ahold of them by phone can be hard (you’ll most likely have to leave a message), and the older lady that’s the receptionist can be a bit brisk at times. Everyone else is super friendly though!
All the details: We brought our cats here a few weeks ago for check ups since one had what sounded like asthma or a cold. The vet techs were very friendly and the senior vet on staff was really easy going and friendly as well. I love Poinciana Pet Clinic, always a positive experience, staff is awesome, my pet always feel welcome, my little friend has a thyroid problem and he is treated with respect his medication are on time, every time my little baby arrive to the clinic he is welcome and received by his name and all staff and Doctors are amazing!! Thank you!!

Just moved here and chose this place to take care of my baby. I went to 3 other places before I chose this as the best!! They really care about your pets, wait times aren't bad, and I also so appreciate that they are reasonably priced. I saw another review about somebody saying they tell everybody your dog has allergies, truth is in Florida most dogs have allergies, they have helped me with a more natural way to take care of him with the allergies, so I don't know what she was talking about making you come back once a month for things that will make your pet worse. Anyway, Thank you for taking care of Ringo ??
