Re: SilvetteI have been battling post-pandemic, depression, and I generally do not leave the house. There comes a time when you have to bite the bullet and so that was my outing today to Great Clips (baby steps). I was very lucky that Silvette took care of me today.She was warm and genuine with her greeting, and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with the consultation and understood our goal. She was kind and engaging and provided me with an awesome cut.Just having something new, brings a whole new life to one's attitude. I've been going to this location for about 2 years now and am happy with my haircuts. I also appreciate that Great Clips recognizes the Military by giving free haircuts on Veterans Day.

Got right in (checked in online), they even called me by name. Doesn't matter which stylist I get, they have my records so I get the same great haircut every time!Service: Haircut
