First time customer and was very pleased. Andrea did a great job cutting my curly hair, she listened to my frustrations with bad haircuts and made suggestions as she was cutting my hair. Very pleased will definitely go back!

Great. The online appointment and check-in is a win, win. Basically no wait time. As a senior, I appreciate the discount pricing. In addition to discount coupons it really makes it affordable for seniors. The haircut itself was really good. Just as I liked it. For me, it is a win, win.

There comes a time when you have to bite the bullet and so that was my outing today to Great Clips (baby steps). I was very lucky that Silvette took care of me today.She was warm and genuine with her greeting, and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time with the consultation and understood our goal.
