The floor nurses were all very nice, but nurses in ICU seemed understaffed. The ER staff was overwhelmed by the amount of patients they had. Hallways were covered with patients on stretchers because they didn't have enough rooms. A nurse was amazing, very very nice, efficient and kind. However, there was a wait for discharge and to see the doctor because she was so very busy. Germaine in the pathology department provided a fantastic example of care and attention given to patients.
