Marcelo (I apologize if the name is spelled incorrectly) was my stylist for a cut and partial highlights. Super helpful asking many questions in order to get the best style for my face. Explained everything step by step. I was pleased with his work and with him as a person.

Edwin was great as well. Gave me the most comfortable shampoo I've ever experienced at a salon.

“Normal price before the 10% newcomer discount was over $60 total for gel mani and regular pedi with a single color painted (Elegant Pink).

My wife came in last Friday, it’s now Wednesday. The technician painted over her skin, my wife pointed it out a couple times, the technician didn’t fix it. Those are the same parts of the work that is lifting up and chipping off. Bright side - The gel manicure lasted 5 whole days before chipping! And the regular pedicure has held up well so far.

She got these done for a bridal shower, but since they chipped we’ll have to get them redone elsewhere. They give you a free drink if it’s your first visit, they had sodas and water available. It was hot so my wife asked for water. They said okay and never brought her any. She asked for it again before leaving and they were apologetic for forgetting and gave her the water bottle to-go.

What I found a bit distasteful was that they cut her fingernail short before asking what she wanted. She wanted her fingers to stay long and her toes to get cut short. To be fair, the technician did her toes first so she probably assumed that my wife wanted all her nails short because of that, something got lost in translation and she just accepted it after one of her long nails were already cut down. I personally find that distasteful from a service standpoint.“
