I have been a patient of Dr Tavakkoli for almost 10 years now and I'm so blessed to have him as my Ophthalmologist. Dr Tavakkoli is so calm, nice and peaceful. He gives a new meaning to proper bedside manner and he is absolutely brilliant in his field. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions. I have had two different types of eye surgery now. One of them being cataract surgery which has been life changing for me. Dr Tavakkoli is the only Dr I would trust to do surgery on my eyes. My appointment was @3:15. I came 1 hour early they said I was too early and that I have to wait till my appointment Time I left and came back 30 min before so I can be on time to see the doc because I have to drive 2 hrs home. And now it’s 3:52 and I am still waiting and it’s pouring outside. No communication between the front and the back office . Unprofessional . Time is time went it’s convenient for them. Finally got called at 3:53.
The people working there are professionals if they don’t have an immediate answer the Team will get some assistance. I’ve being going there for the past few years and the staff always helpful.
