“So, full transparency, I’ve never been to a dry cleaners before. I think maybe once I went to a dry cleaner to see if they could clean a very large blanket that I had, but I don’t even recall, leaving it with them. In any case, as I am fairly new to the neighborhood and am within walking distance, I thought this was a great time to See what this dry cleaning thing was all about. Shortly after my birthday brunch, I noticed one or two very faint smears on my very new and very clean cream-colored knit joggers. I took them in on a Monday or Tuesday and they were ready by Thursday, but I totally forgot and picked it up a few days after. If you ever think you’re going to forget your cleaning slip, my tip is to take a picture of it. They can easily use that if you don’t remember to bring the paper with you. It’s very interesting that your clothes are delivered through an automation task that opens a special window on the outside of the store to let you get your belongings. I will probably wear these pants again to brunch in the near future and either Services again. Thank you!“

“Donald, Just to clarify, I do not work for the tailor. I was there to pick up a suit for my client.
Regarding your suit, it was not given away. I mistakenly took it, and the error wasn’t noticed at the time. Once I realized what happened, I immediately drove to my client in Miami, retrieved the suit, and returned it the same day you were scheduled to pick it up. It was never worn or altered in any way. it remained in the original garment bag exactly as I had left it.
As for the suit’s value, if you paid $1,000 for it at Macy’s, that appears to be significantly above the standard pricing.
I understand that the mix-up may have caused inconvenience, but I took full responsibility and worked quickly to correct the mistake. I’d kindly ask that reviews reflect the facts rather than frustration. I did everything I could to resolve the issue promptly and respectfully.“

My company provides me with ill fitting uniforms, the fabric isnt worth the shipping and wearing it is flat out embarrassing..

For years ive been taking my uniform pieces to PREMIER CLEANERS. The man that does the alterations there is amazing. He has taken my uniform from a potato sack to a perfectly fitting smart looking work of art!

“I have been going to the seamstress, Marie Luce for several years. She is an expert in her field whether for dresses, blouses, men’s shirts and sweaters. Most recently, she repaired a heavy coat for me to perfection in record time as I was traveling. Costs are exceedingly reasonable.
Their shoemaker is also excellent as is dry cleaning.

“I flew into South Florida from California for an important family event. I should have kept my sport jacket on hanger but I decided to pack it. When I unpacked the jacket was completely wrinkled. I called numerous dry cleaners in the Broward area to no avail until I called Sol Quality Dry Cleaners. I spoke to the owner Josh. He listened to my story and told me to bring the jacket, even though it was a Friday at 4:30pm. I needed the jacket the next day on Saturday evening for the event. He pressed it for me and did not even charge a special rush rate and I made it to the event wrinkle-free. “This place was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier! I had so many alterations that I needed done and this seamstress is amazing. I went to David's Bridal to have a bridesmaid dress altered and they wanted $300 just to hem the bottom. Black & White did it for sooo much less and had it back to me in just a couple of days.
