Clean products that actually work, especially after a workout. Their shakes can be used for meal replacements or post workouts. My favorite is the Oreo explosion and also the oatmeal. My son loves the protein waffles and adds blueberries with a little extra topping of whipped cream. I've seen the açaí and also the avocado toast which looks amazing and will have to try ! I work out next door/attached at The Arena. Super Clean gym and awesome workouts with Optimal Formula Fitness. I appreciate the cleanliness of this place. Even the bathroom! I love all the holiday decor, from Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now set up for Valentine's Day. It doesn't go unnoticed. Frank is the best !
