Hands down, this is the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I don’t say that lightly. The level of care, precision, and expertise here is unmatched. I’ve received adjustments I didn’t even realize were possible, in places I didn’t know were holding tension until this doctor found them.
The cracks this man has uncovered in my body… unbelievable. Every single visit, I leave feeling restored, realigned, and genuinely renewed, like a brand-new version of myself. There is an immediate and noticeable difference not just physically, but in how I move, how I feel, and how hopeful I am about my body’s ability to heal.
As someone dealing with a neck/spinal injury, Carpe Diem Chiropractic has given me real hope again. Hope for improvement. Hope for healing. Hope for long-term wellness. That alone is priceless.
If you’re in South Florida and you’re looking for a chiropractor who is skilled, intentional, intuitive, and truly gifted at what he does, this is the place. I would be remiss not to share just how incredible this provider is.
Carpe Diem Chiropractic doesn’t just adjust bodies, they change lives. Highly, highly recommend.“

They got me walking within a couple weeks and are very knowledgeable of what exercises work what muscles . The deep massages and stretching that is applied is what makes the difference at each appt !“

100 NW 82nd Ave Suite 204, Plantation“This was my first time ever receiving physical therapy, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The only exposure I’d ever had was watching my mom receive PT at home years ago, which is very different from this experience.
I’ve been coming three days a week, and it honestly feels like having a personal trainer who truly understands the body. The team is helping me rebuild strength in my core because, for someone as young as I am, I couldn’t even stand for more than 10 minutes without my lower back feeling like it was on fire. No accidents, no falls—just years of sitting too much while working remotely.
The staff is incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and supportive. One thing I really appreciate is that the doctor is hands-on and present on the floor. He’s not tucked away in an office—he’s engaging with patients, helping out, changing linens, and consistently greeting both staff and patients with respect and integrity. That level of involvement really speaks volumes about the culture here.
And I can’t help but add… the doctor is also easy on the eyes—always a bonus, right? ?
Overall, this has been a great first physical therapy experience, and I’m truly grateful for the care, encouragement, and professionalism I receive every visit. Highly recommend!“

6918 Cypress Rd, Plantation“Cooper has helped me SO much in such a short time, it's hard to be brief! His treatments "unlocked" my severely arthritic spine (I'd forgotten that feeling) so that I could even garden again, which is very physical activity. My severe migraines and severe TMJ improved immensely almost immediately (those were a surprise!), my gait is more stable, and I'm stronger in general. Such a blessing in every way, especially bc I'm a 61 y.o. lady with an 11 yr history of complicated traumatic nerve, tendon, ligament & muscle injuries to both arms and legs, and had lost hope of improvement at this point. Then I found Cooper, the only doctor or therapist to actually help me since the original trauma. As an RN, I can attest to witnessing shoddy care all over the country, and effective care by contrast. Trusting doctors is beyond challenging for me, especially to give over my spine and neck to one's hands. Now I'm just grateful. And bonus: Doc Cooper is no-nonsense (my preference) and very quick.“
