The entire team at this office is absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring with my son, who has always been terrified of needles. Their calm and delicate approach helped him feel comfortable in the chair—something I never thought possible. I can’t thank them enough for the care and compassion they showed us.
Today, my 3- year- old daughter, Winnie, had her first appointment with Dr.Abby, and it was such a terrific experience. We walked in and were greeted cheerfully by Miss Judy; she was very helpful and considerate that it was our first time, and made us feel welcomed, and definitely added to the overall great visit. Once we checked in, we headed to the game room to loosen up before we got started with the serious stuff and that was enjoyable. Next, Charity, the dental hygienist, came to escort us from the game room to the examination area. Charity was very patient, kind and engaging, and provided such gentle and thoughtful care. PDO truly deserves more than five stars! Dr. Abby is incredibly skilled and gentle, making every visit comfortable and fun for my kids. All of the staff is warm, friendly, and always attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t ask for a better dental experience and our kids are always excited to go to the dentist!
