Sergio has made my transition from up north down to south florida much easier. Starting off with just helping find furnished apartments to the big help, which was buying a home. And now a 2nd investment home. I stick with him as my realtor because he cares, his level of detail and responsiveness to me as well as always being willing to go above and beyond his job description.
