Geek Squad at this location is known for helpful, friendly, and professional service. The team is polite and moved efficiently to complete purchases. When a package arrives, the outer box may be dirty but the device inside is in excellent working condition. For installation services, a lady and gentleman arrive on time, use the right tools, bring a blanket to keep the area clean, and install the TV wall mount quickly. They also perform RAM upgrades swiftly. If the upgrade is not suitable, the team quickly installs the old RAM again. The Apple Authorized Service Provider staff are very informative, concise, and easy‑going. Customers recommend this Geek Squad for quick, reliable repair, upgrade, and installation services.
The lady and gentleman who installed my TV wall mount were punctual, very good people, swift, with the right tools and did a great job installing the TV on the wall. They also brought a blanket to keep the area clean, which the did. I highly recommend them and the Geek Squad for these type services. Great job, thank you guys!!
Their team is really helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a RAM upgrade installed and they installed it quickly for me. As it turned out, the upgrade was a poor choice on my part so I brought my computer back the next day to have the old RAM installed. They were very helpful and attentive, and got my old RAM installed within a few hours. Shout out to Nat, Jamar, Gaby, Emily, and Kaden who all helped me at different times in the process and clearly remembered me as I came in and out. Great place
This is my go to Best Buy location whenever I need an Apple Authorized Service Provider. (More often than I would like to admit) I believe the man that helped me was named Phil? He was extremely informative, concise, & easy going. Don’t go to the Apple Store ever again, trust me. Just get apple care+ on your device and if anything ever happens to it come HERE.
