Everybody here takes such great care of our doggies. The place is really clean, private rooms, personalized and open and honest about pricing (which is actually quite affordable). Getting an appointment for next day is really easy and has saved us tons instead of going to the emergency vet. When our dog died, they sent us flowers and a card signed by the whole staff. Everybody is so professional and nice, we recommend this place to everybody we know what pets. Thank you, Chewy, for caring for Toby through his struggle with Lupus and through his final months and days.
The best organized vet clinic I've ever been to. They greeted my cat by name, offered me water or coffee, were sensitive with my prickly cat, and were completely clear about every step. I think this is the first Chewy-branded vet clinic ever. That probably explains both the bad reviews and the good ones--this is a new enterprise that wants to impress.
We love our new veterinarian team at Chewy! They’ve been so knowledgeable, welcoming, & kind. It’s nice feeling comfortable at the vet again. They’ve quickly earned the trust of my 11.5 year old goldendoodle who was nervous after her last vet wasn’t gentle enough with her. She’s gotten over her anxiety quickly & that’s worth every penny. The $10 optional monthly subscription covers exam fees, which is great for us as she’s getting older & going more often.
