As a Realtor I love having Bridget King do consultations for homes we list. She does a walk thru pointing out the most important ways to make each room most appealing to a prospective buyer, and most attractive in listing photos. She soon sends an extensive written report with photos and her specific advice for each room. “Move those three candles from bookshelf to that table“ for example, or “remove this oversized chair.” She always explains that her suggestions are options to choose from, and whether you do a little or a lot, retain her company, or DIY, it’s totally up to the homeowner.
Her advice results in great photos, and showings that best showcase a home.

Reviews
Bridget King helped us to get out home ready to go on the market. She works fast, she is extremely efficiently and has fair prices! Her team is also very professional and provide top notch service! We had a FANTASTIC experience with Captiva Design and plan to use them again on future projects!
I found the services that Bridget offered was just what we needed to bring our home to that finial place to allow us to show it in the best possible way. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She openly listened to my thoughts and suggestions and would give her reasons for why she would make a suggestion. By having her come into my home it allowed fresh eyes to see it, to see where we could improve the staging and help achieve the desired result, to sell our home. I would highly recommend her services and would call her again, even just to help me decorate. :) Thank you Bridget.
