Christopher, one of the managers was very professional and kind to help me resolve a kitchen faucet installation challenge I was facing. The original Moen black part used to hold the faucet tight against the sink was a little bit too thick for my installation. Christopher kindly shaved off about 1/4” of the hard plastic material it is made of and that allowed us to successfully complete the installation of our new faucet. Thanks a lot, for the great help without even charging me a single penny for it.

Found new seats for my very old bathtub Plumbing. Also found all the other parts I needed for my 1956 bathtub Plumbing. Spent my week fixing my bathtub Plumbing. This place has everything you could ask for but can be a little short on information. I've worked on my Plumbing before but never this involved, replacing all the seats and the bathtub and shower diverter as well as hot and cold faucet stems & handles. A better explanation before I started would have saved me some money and a back-breaking job, but they do have everything that you can think of for any old or new home and this is the place to find it. I think my only disadvantage over all was being female.
