The atmosphere is friendly yet professional, and patients feel very comfortable during their visits. Many appreciate the thorough care from Dr. Jan and Damion, and praise the helpful, knowledgeable staff. The environment includes music, which adds to the pleasant experience. This was my first time ever receiving physical therapy, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The only exposure I’d ever had was watching my mom receive PT at home years ago, which is very different from this experience.
I’ve been coming three days a week, and it honestly feels like having a personal trainer who truly understands the body. The team is helping me rebuild strength in my core because, for someone as young as I am, I couldn’t even stand for more than 10 minutes without my lower back feeling like it was on fire. No accidents, no falls—just years of sitting too much while working remotely.

I was a client (referred by my podiatrist for a chronic foot ailment) in July 2025. From Jennifer and Victoria, the Office Managers to Ted Sholtis, Intake Assessment, who met with me first to develop a plan for my PT, to Therapists John Ramos, Danesh Lall, Damian Golding and Lori who all contributed their expertise to my bi-weekly sessions and Dr Stavros Begetis, DC, Chiropratic Physician who added his skills at the end of each visit, I couldn't be more pleased and grateful for everyone's professionalism, conscientiousness and friendliness. Highly recommended.
Great workouts and even greater team, I suffered a micro fracture on my right foot (specifically from the left side to middle of my foot) and they give me detailed step-by-step plans to reach my goals of running and playing basketball again. Thanks Action Physic therapy team ‼️
