I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Ulta! Holly did my brows for the very first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly friendly, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail and skill are outstanding, and my brows have never looked better. I will definitely be returning to see her!
I loooove this particular Ulta!! The store is so clean and all the employees are so kind and helpful. Franc has helped me build my whole face routine over the course of a few years and today Kaylin helped me pick out a new mascara, perfume, press-ons, nail glue, AND a lash applicator. I needed so much help and she did not make me feel like a hassle, coming here is such a treat
I needed assistance with a new foundation for my skin. The associate that helped me was very professional, personable, and extremely helpful! She hit the nail right on the head! The products were in stock and I was in and out of the store, on a very busy day for me, in 15 minutes. Great overall experience!
On another trip I needed eyeliner. As I walked in and associate greeted me and asked if I needed assistance finding what I came in the store for today. I told her exactly what I was looking for. She immediately took me to a product that I ended up purchasing. She showed me the features of the product and was very knowledgeable about the product.
