Retained services in January, but found out that in error they were servicing my neighbors yard instead of ours in January and February.....2336 vs 2332...not sure how it was confused numbers at NOT similar. Confirmed that they had house # 2332 on file!Anyways...offered 2 months credit, February and March....received a bill today for March service. I called into customer service 11:30am, explaining I should have a 2 month credit, she said she would have Erica call me back as she was at lunch....and she did NOT call me back.Customer service?!? I am also surprised by the negative reviews. I am working with Plant It Earth and my technician Marcus is timely, knowledgable, listens and responds when needed.I feel comfortable recommending this company to my neighbors and I hope to keep doing business with them in the future.

worse company I've ever dealt with. they destroyed my close to perfect bluegrass lawn been here since 2009 never an issue. I should have known that after first treatment when they didn't do what was promised I called. had second treatment my lawn started going bad after first treatment had second one even more died. obviously it's something they did so I went to every other month waiting to see if it would come back. it's ever worse I did that because of this. sent a Mgr said he'd take care of it.
