I had an excellent experience during my dental visit. Joanie, my dental hygienist, was fantastic as always — professional, thorough, and very gentle throughout the cleaning. Dr. Farish was able to fill my cavities the same day, which I truly appreciated. The procedure was smooth, painless, and surprisingly relaxing. The entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!
This 5 stars goes specifically and directly to Kathy for her outstanding effort and resolution just by asking questions and listening to the patient instead of just dismissing the issue without acknowledgment.
The office cancelled my upcoming 3 months cleaning appointment because I needed an exam and the doctor was going to be out of office that day. A male employee offered me an appointment 3 months later which would be too far out for me. I get it life happens.
Kathy is the one to ask for when you need super above and beyond great customer service.
