Customers describe Jenkins Roofing as skilled, prompt, and professional. The company has repaired roofs more than once and always to perfection, with excellent communication and very reasonable pricing. One customer plans to use them for a roof replacement when the time comes. Jenkins Roofing was part of a Tesla roof replacement, handling the messy job of ripping the old roof, removing the old solar roof, and replacing all the plywood before Tesla could reinstall the new solar roof. They did a great job and made sure the house was back to how it was when they started. The office staff was awesome making sure everything was taken care of when they were done, and later worked diligently to help get a permit closed even though it wasn't their fault. Another customer appreciated a thorough and honest appraisal of a roof, noting that another company was going to charge to "glue down loose shingles." After storms and a delayed response from an insurance company, the crew immediately sent guys over to protect the roof with tarp until the issues could be resolved. They were compassionate at a time when stress levels were high, courteous, and focused on helping from start to finish. Jenkins Roofing replaced the roof on a home after hurricane Milton. Many roofers came out to get an estimate, and none of them knew how to repair it cause it is an older mobile home. Jenkins Roofing was the only roofer that was able to come up with a plan and get it done. They exceeded expectations. Jenkins Roofing stands above the rest and is highly recommended.
