I had this company out because of a hornet infestation in the back yard. They advertised that they do free inspections, so I had them out to quote me. The guy came out with no protective gear at all. He came out with dress shoes on and looked like a salesman, not an exterminator. I told the guy where the nest was around and went back in the screened in lanai area closing the door because I said to the guy I didn't want to get near them. I told him my dad had gotten stung already and I was afraid I might be allergic. So this guy started stomping around on the ground repeatedly opening the lanai door when he stomped.
