I cannot say enough great things about Andre and his staff at BlueThumb. I had a previous company work on my PC and they created a mess. All of my files were seemingly lost and I was in a panic. I met with Andre and he assured me could find my files and fix the problem. It took them 7 days to recover my files. I use Carbonite to back up and the person who worked on my system obviously did not know what they were doing...not the case with Andre. He knows his stuff.
