I had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions.

From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time.

I take my dogs to both their Lakeland and plant city location. Always a great experience! But today we had Kayla as our tech at Berry Patch, and she made such a difference in our visit. She was so attentive and patient with my dog.
He’s an anxious boy at the vet, but she gave him lots of pets and reassurance and to me that is just as important as great medical care. Thank you Kayla! ☺️

Veterinarian's, as a practice, are already a demanding curriculum as a student.
The service I received and values for some tests can be overwhelming, still, the testing, may be expensive, but you want the vet to take the best road to resolution. Testing is still important on a case by case basis.

The receptionists, BOTH, are amazing. I love the customer experience. They communicate and really strive to deliver that strong customer service model.

The Vet handled the issue in the most cost-effective way, with options. That speaks volumes.

Great location, wonderful staff.
