Veteran Air is an honest company with awesome, first-class technicians. Joe went out of his way and gave a very honest opinion, offering a better/cheaper solution than another company’s quote, saving customers money. Chris was one of the best guys, breaking things down in great conversation and sending photos and videos of any issues and full repair. Ryan was nothing less than first class—polite, knowledgeable, and a great tech, earning an absolute 10. Albert was an outstanding technician who answered many questions promptly. Ryan Walters was knowledgeable and detailed, explaining everything needed to make a decision to replace a unit, with a very satisfactory final price. Customers are supremely happy and 100% recommend Veteran Air.

I had been pretty frustrated with the call center and scheduling. But when Caleb G came out to my house he was great. He explained everything and took the time to listen and checked on my concerns. I resigned for the maintenance plan and will be scheduling Caleb to come out for that also.
Jose Marrero was professional, polite, and explained everything as he was working. My old unit is truly on its last legs, but he was able to get it working at least temporarily until a new unit can be installed in a couple days.
Allan Babcock and Jason Kuoy removed the old and installed a brand new HVAC unit. They too were extremely polite and professional. VETERAN'S is now my go to for all HVAC, electrical and plumbing! Will highly recommend to everyone!
