Matt installed our gutters at the office in September 2024. He was on time, did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up the area. . About 6months ago I noticed that one of the downspouts was dumping water near the building which was causing a problem so I reached out to Matt and asked him to come out and let’s make some changes in the direction . He said he would let me know when he could come out. Months have gone by and no word, now part of a gutter is pulling away from the wall and I text him and asked him to come out and see what can be done about it. I have heard nothing. Matt Installed all new Gutters and Downspouts on our 2 story 1920’s Colonial. I don’t know where to begin... We got so lucky to find Tampa Bay Gutters and the owner Matt. His attention to detail and the fact that he truly cares about gutter installation, design and water movement is so refreshing. You can tell he takes pride in his work and our old quirky house has to be one of the hardest houses to work on. We have specific drainage issues and Matt worked so hard to address our issues and move the water away from our house. It was a challenge and he didn’t give up. Matt did a great install on our new gutters. He was cordial, on time and cleaned up after completing the agreed upon scope of work. I've already referred TBGC to a few neighbors. Thanks again Matt!!!
