Samuel Bennett represented me in a custody hearing and he did an amazing job! It was a long drawn out process (because of the other party) but he was very accessible the whole time and would meet with me within 48 hours almost every time. He is very knowledgeable of the law and takes his time to go through and organize every piece of evidence, and I had a lot. I don't understand ANY of the poor reviews on this man. He saved my family! You need to understand, if you did something to lose your kid? There's not much any lawyer can do UNLESS you are innocent. Lawyers are to council you to make sure you don't dig yourself in a hole. CPS was called on my wife. She was a foster child and they had been profiling her for life. We were not in the wrong and CPS was harassing us and threatening to take our kid even with compliance. If CPS comes? GET A LAWYER THAT INSTANT! The longer you wait, the less a lawyer can help you.
