Def. Call this guy if cps shows up!!!!! He is amazing. Truly cares. And cps is afraid of this guy!He's not the price of a typical 10 thousand dollar lawyer, and he will answer you at any hour!
I have had a family court case dragged out way longer than necessary...almost 4 years now. Opposing party has not only made false allegations against me, they also attempted to have my rights as a mother taken away in result causing this case to be very complicated. I am very pleased with Sam, Not only does Sam answer after hours, he will file motions, schedule hearings and make things happen! It’s nice to finally find an attorney who genuinely not only cares about my child but also advocates for my child. He is extremely reasonable, educated, & very quick at what he does.
